Akira MORITA is an innovation consultant with 17 years of experience helping teams grow, transition into new arenas, create new services and products, and tighten their strategies and goals. His focus has always been fostering conversations and collaborations that spark change, be it an honest talk about tough transitions, an open ideation sprints, or an expansive dialogue about what could be, among those familiar with each other or strangers across cultures and disciplines.

He currently serves as Community Design Director at School of Slow Media, a global, transformative leadership development initiative, and a co-founding consultant partner at ANAKOT Asia Academy.

Leo is an electronic and 3D designer and fabricator with interests in design, simulation, visualisation, data analysis, natural sciences and IoT. Leo is Technical Director of Bespokh, a design, innovation and manufacturing consultancy based in Phnom Penh, with clients across the private and civil society sectors. He has broad experience in facilitating team and group performance on high-priority creative and technical projects, with a special focus on the use of visualisation as an aid to group understanding and decision-making. He holds an M.Phys (Hons) in Physics with Technological Physics from the University of Manchester, UK, and an M.Res in Complex Systems Simulation from the University of Southampton, UK.
